ARCS 2015 Biennial Conference Call for Papers & 2013 Biennial Conference Materials Public Access

The ARCS Board is excited to announce a call for submission of proposals for the 2015 Biennial Conference to be held at the Astor Crowne Plaza in New Orleans on November 12-15, 2015.

The 2015 Conference will feature two and a half days of lively, thoughtful, and substantive sessions addressing a wide variety of topics. Registrars, collections specialists, and those who provide services to them will gather from around the world for educational and networking opportunities. We will hear about new technologies, updated standards, pitfalls to avoid, and better ways to provide care to our collections all while enjoying the unique atmosphere of New Orleans, Louisiana.

To assist in the creation of conference proposals the Board is also giving full access to the 2013 Chicago Conference materials. This includes:

Submissions for the 2015 Conference are due March 29, 2015. Applicants will hear back from the Program Committee by early May 2015.  To access information regarding the proposal guidelines and form please click here:
