Become an ARCS Social Sponsor!
To become a Socials Sponsor, an organization must contribute a minimum dollar amount as set by the Development based on city. Socials in larger cities may require two or more sponsors. An organization can choose to become the sole sponsor of the Social by contributing the full sponsorship amount set for that city. Cities needing two or more sponsors will be determined by the Development Committee. All sponsorship monies are contributions to ARCS’ general operating budget, with recognition of the gift at a social in a predetermined city.
As a Social Sponsor, benefits include:
- Company name, logo, and hotlink included with the Social’s promotional information, including on the ARCS website, in two ARCS Updates, on Social Media, and in follow up emails.
- Permanent listing on the ARCS website under the Socials’ page as a sponsor.
- An opportunity for face to face interaction with local area registrars and collections specialists and increased name recognition in that area.
- An opportunity to hand out promotional material at event check-in.
*Please note: ARCS Development Committee will determine the Sponsorship levels for every ARCS Social.
