 ireless advocate for better hiring practices in the field. She’s helped a
  multitude of museum workers revamp their resumes\, build personal brands
 \, and find clarity (and confidence!) in their job search. When she’s not
  rethinking job descriptions\, she’s probably playing with her ferrets or
  helping out a local museum. \nWith nearly 20 years of experience in the 
 field of collections care and preservation\, Samantha Forsko believes tha
 t collection specialists and registrars secretly make some of the best le
 aders in the museum industry. The heart of every museum is their collecti
 on\, which is something that is often forgotten by leaders\, and Samantha
  hopes to inspire other collections professionals to pursue leadership ro
 les. Currently\, she is the Director of Ketchikan Museums in Ketchikan\, 
 Alaska\, overseeing both the Tongass Historical Museum and the Totem Heri
 tage Center\, leading these institutions with an eye toward proper collec
