Currenly on contract as the Collections Manager at the National Woman's party in Washington, D.C., I am working there to restablish accession and acquisition documentation for a 15,000 item collection dating back to 1913. Previously the Gallery Director and Registrar at Sumpter Priddy III, Inc in Alexandria, VA, I formerly served as Director of Collections and Curator at the Rhode Island Historical Society (Providence). I specialize in collections management, personnel management, organizing collections and making recommendations for exhibitions -- and for deaccessions.

The RIHS, I reinstituted centralized registration and oversaw the implementation of the Society's first OPAC, which runs on the MINISIS, Inc. platform to permit cross-collections searching of all collection types.

I have more than two decades experience working in museums, developing exhibitions and public programs, cataloging and accessining collections, and managing public service and program delivery staff.
