Cancellation Policy

If you have already registered for one of our conferences and you are no longer able to attend, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made in writing sixty (60) days will receive a full refund. Cancellations made in writing forty-five (45) business days prior to the first day of the conference will receive a refund minus a 10% administration fee. No refunds are available after that time. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Transfers to another person, however, may be made up to twenty-one (21) days before the beginning of the conference.

Submit all requests to ARCS via email at info@arcsinfo.org. ARCS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation policy must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the conference.

Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.

ARCS will notify you thirty (30) days in advance of the conference, in the unlikely event that the conference or workshop should have to be cancelled.

ARCS is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets in the event of a conference cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances. Please check on your conference status before making travel arrangements.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ARCS meetings and other activities constitute an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by ARCS and other third parties, including but not limited to  the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.

Official Attendee Roster

The attendee roster will be made available to conference attendees approximately one week prior to the conference.

Special Accommodations

If you require special accommodations (dietary, mobility, etc.) to fully participate, please send an email with a written description of your needs to info@arcsinfo.org at the time of registration.
