The ARCS Board of Directors has been very busy over the last few weeks/months. The Board has finished re-organizing the ARCS Committee structure and is more committed than ever to providing our members with beneficial programming and resources to help you all tackle your careers in new, effective, and exciting ways. Additionally, keep an eye out in the coming weeks for the annual ARCS Membership Survey. The ARCS Board, and all ARCS Committees, use the data from this survey every year to help us put together programming and resources to best help you all. So, if you could find some time to fill the survey out when it arrives, it will genuinely be a tremendous help to the organization.
Planning for the 2025 in-person conference in St. Louis is now well underway. The Conference Committee is working on putting together a call for session proposals and we continue to work with the event venue to make sure that this is going to be an amazing and rewarding conference experience for everyone. Additionally, members of the ARCS Board, the ARCS Association Manager, and a representative from our association management company just completed a trip visiting potential venues for the 2027 in-person conference. Although we're not ready to reveal a location just yet, I can assure you that we are dedicated to providing a venue that will allow the 2027 in-person conference to be the best version of itself possible.

Join your colleagues for an open forum to ask questions, provide support and advice, and share wisdom and anecdotes about those unexpected situations that arise in our everyday work as collections professionals.
