Description

The Diversity in Collections Affinity Group is for ARCS members who are working on training a more diverse workforce for the work that we do, whether through internships, fellowships, apprenticeships, or other training models. It aims to find new ways to increase diversity in collection staff working in museums by bringing together those who have created programs with those hoping to. We will compare notes on what works and what does not, common issues, success stories, and the potential of creating a national standard or program.
