Board Elections 2025-2027
Voting is now open for all active ARCS members to select the new Board of Directors and Executive Committee for 2025-2027.
If you haven’t received your voting ballot please contact info@arcsinfo.org.
Voting closes April 30, 2025.
Renew Your Member Account for 2025
Have you renewed your ARCS Membership? As of March 31, 2025 all unpaid membership accounts were cancelled, which means you can no longer:
- Receive exclusive access to educational materials, publications, and forum on the ARCS website
- Have Access to Member Directories
- Be able to participate in our Mentoring Program as a mentor or mentee
- Qualify for reduced fees for programming including our upcoming conference in St. Louis
If you want to renew your account, go to arcsinfo.org and, after you login with your username and password, click “Reinstate Membership” in the upper right hand corner

Member Meeting May 19, 2025
All active ARCS Members should mark their calendars for May 19 to attend the annual members meeting.
Attendees will be given a chance to ask questions of the board members and find out about programming for the upcoming year

2025 Conference Session Proposals
Session proposals are now being accepted for our 2025 Conference PRESENT tense. The Association of Registrars and Collection Specialists invites you to join us at our 2025 conference to share bold, ambitious, and unique actions through ideas of interconnectedness, listening, and caretaking in service of the care of our collections in the PRESENT tense.
