We have experience with a wide range of appraisal assignments including insurance scheduling and claim settlement, estate tax and planning, leasebacks, charitable donation, collection management, and expert witness testimony.
Services include onsite examination, in-depth market research, objective and unbiased market analyses, and detailed, substantiated reports explaining and supporting the valuation conclusion. All appraisals are USPAP compliant.
We have particular expertise in the valuation of site-specific and installation-based work, murals, large-scale inventories and archives, and the art of California.
I have over 20 years of experience in the visual arts and am a Certified Member of the Appraisers Association of America, the premier national association of personal property appraisers who focus on fine and decorative arts.
