ARCS is happy to provide a Conference Invitation Letter to assist those attendees who will need a visa to travel for the conference. In order to request a letter the following items must be included in your communication:
- Full name as it appears in the passport.
- Complete address with code, city, and country.
- Contact details
- Date of birth
- Institution Email Address.
- Receipt of proof of payment of registration fees.
